Returns

At poshaq.com, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We have implemented our 15 day money back guarantee, free exchange policy and timely refunds. In the event you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 15 days from the receipt date. We will be glad to issue you an immediate refund for the cost of your returned product(s) (cost of your shipping to us not included). Credit will be issued to the same bank card account as the original purchase, unless otherwise notified.

All items returned must be sent in their original packaging in "as new" condition, and not be used or damaged in any way. Your package should be wrapped, insured and prepaid to us. We cannot accept worn or customer-damaged items. Please contact info@poshaq.com with the returned product details so we can track the return.

You can also make an exchange (within 15 days from the receipt date) with a different one of the same value, or a greater value and pay the difference. Standard shipping charges will apply.

Returns/exchange made after 15 days will be charged with 30% restocking fee. After 30 days, no refund or credit will be issued.
